Disappointment of Mesopotamia

I'm a Sumerian,I live in Mesopotamia.I am having a problem of settling in Mesopotamia.These are some the problems that I have inMesopotamia.When it rains it rains alot,whenit rains some times the rivers flashflood.The rivers are called the Tigirs and the Ephrates.My neighboors had a problem ,their houses were distroyed.If it were a hot day it would be like a desert very very hot.We also couldn't give water to our crops .If it were a cold day it would be like if u were living in ice.These are some of problems that we have in Mesopotamia.
